Sie werden Teil unseres Standortes in Köln mit dem Ziel das bestehende Team in allen Belangen im Sinne der Service- und Kundenorientierung zu unterstützen. 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Als Visitenkarte unseres Unternehmens und unseres Kunden behalten Sie auch in stressigen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Sie bedienen die Telefonzentrale und leiten Gespräche weiter.
  • Zudem begrüßen Sie unsere Besucher und Mitarbeiter freundlich.
  • Als Organisationstalent übernehmen Sie darüber hinaus diverse Verwaltungsaufgaben.
  • Dabei haben Sie stets alle Termine im Blick.
  • Ebenso arbeiten Sie bei Bedarf aushilfsweise in der Poststelle mit und begeistern auch dort mit Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis bietet idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel- oder Servicebereich (z.B. Hotelfachmann/-frau) oder eine vergleichbareTätigkeit.
  • Auf jeden Fall bieten Sie eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein repräsentatives und höfliches Auftreten in allen Situationen.
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, die Erfahrung in multikultureller Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld mitbringt.
  • Außerdem überzeugen Sie mit Diskretion und Verschwiegenheit, guten EDV Kenntnissen, insbesondere MS Office.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie verhandlungssicher, eine weitere Sprache wäre wertvoll.
