Das erwartet Dich bei uns

In deiner Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die konzeptionelle Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Marketingkampagnen.
Dazu entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit unserem Sales-Team und der Geschäftsführung langfristige Strategien, um unser Marketing voran zu treiben.
Du verantwortest außerdem die inhaltliche und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Social-Media-Strategie.
In Kooperation mit unserer Zentrale entwickelst Du Go-to-Market-Strategien und übernimmst den strategischen Aufbau verschiedener Unternehmens- und Social-Web-Kanäle.
Darüber hinaus repräsentierst Du die RHD als kundenorientiertes und für Mitarbeiter attraktives Unternehmen, indem Du, gemeinsam mit deinem Team, unternehmensrelevanten Content erarbeitest.

Das bringst Du mit

Als Basis hast Du ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing abgeschlossen - alternativ bist Du ein motivierter Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Marketing.
Ergänzend dazu hast Du bereits Berufserfahrung im strategischen Marketing und kennst dich mit Social-Media-Statistiken, Marketing-KPI´s und -Reporting sowie im CRM bestens aus.
Du bist ein Treiber von Innovationen und erarbeitest neuen Content, dank deines Gespürs für Kreativität und Trends, mit Leichtigkeit.
Darüber hinaus punktest Du durch fließende Englischkenntnisse, durch einen versierten Umgang mit Social-Media-Themen und durch deinen strategischen Weitblick.
Last but not least zeichnest Du dich durch eine selbstständige und kreative Arbeitsweise aus, sowie dem Anspruch eigene Ideen zu entwickeln und zu pushen.
