Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Als Teil unseres Teams betreust du Kundenanliegen sowohl via Telefon als auch per E-Mail.
  • Zudem erfasst, pflegst und dokumentierst du die Daten unserer Kunden.
  • Eingehende Kundenanfragen beantwortest du professionell und zielorientiert.
  • Bei neuen Aufträgen übernimmst du deren Erfassung und kümmerst dich gleichermaßen auch um die Dokumentenklassifikation sowie Stammdatenpflege.
  • Schlussendlich gehst du verantwortungsvoll mit den sensiblen Daten unserer Kunden um.

Das bringst Du mit

  • In Hinblick auf die Kundenbetreuung überzeugst du durch deine sehr hohe Serviceaffinität.
  • Darüber hinaus verfügst du über eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise und beherrscht die deutsche Sprache auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
  • Für die Tätigkeit aus dem Homeoffice liegt in deinem Zuhause ein geeigneter Arbeitsplatz vor.
  • Ein routinierter Umgang mit dem Computer rundet dein Profil ab.
