Wir sind M-AI Medical Analytics Information. Unsere Kunden unterstützen wir ganzheitlich in der Kodierung und Abrechnung ihrer erbrachten Krankenhausleistungen. Mit dem Ziel die Kodierung im Krankenhaus zu digitalisieren, verschaffen wir Krankenhäusern Fallsicherheit und Arbeitserleichterung. Für die Schnittstelle zwischen Daten- und Projektmanagement aber auch die produktive Abarbeitung von Projekten suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du begleitest erfolgreich diverse Kodierprojekte (Primärkodierung, Frührevision & MD-Management) unserer Kunden​ remote.
  • In unseren Projekten übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die Validierung und Qualität der​ Daten beim Onboarding und trägst dazu bei, bestehende Projekte in dieser Hinsicht zu verbessern.
  • Mit unseren Entwicklern hilfst Du dabei, neue Datenquellen zu erschließen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine medizinisch-pflegerische Berufsausbildung und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der multidisziplinären Kodierung mit (z.B. als Kodierfachkraft / DRG-Manager/in).
  • Die Grundlagen der Krankenhausabrechnung sind Dir bekannt und Du kennst bereits mehrere Krankenhausinformationssysteme.
  • Im Umgang mit Windows PC's bist Du fit und mit Excel sowie Word bist Du vertraut.
  • Persönlich bist Du kommunikativ, hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Du bist ein Organisationstalent.
