An unserem Standort in Leipzig betreibt die Rhenus Automotive eine Produktionsstätte für einen renommierten deutschen Automobilhersteller.Gemeinsam mit uns sorgen Sie für die reibungslose kaufmännische Abwicklung sowie organisatorische Themen vor Ort. 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie melden Schäden im Wareneingang an Kundenunternehmen und stehen dem Kunden bei der weiteren Bearbeitung zur Seite.
  • Dabei prüfen Sie Schadensdokumentationen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität.
  • Eingehende Reklamationen von Seiten des Kunden werden durch Sie bearbeitet.
  • Sie beachten Fristen bei der Meldung und verantworten die Dokumentation und Ablage von Vorgängen.
  • In Ihrer Position arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand mit operativen Kollegen und sind Ansprechpartner für Kundenunternehmen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang – idealerweise bringen Sie Berufspraxis in der Automotive-Logistik mit.
  • Darüber hinaus punkten Sie mit Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und einem effizienten Arbeitsstil.
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sind Sie routiniert und versiert.
  • Zudem beherrschen Sie Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb rundet Ihr überzeugendes Profil ab.
