Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams am Standort Wörth am Rhein und freuen Sie sich auf vielfältige und spannende Aufgaben in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung. In Ihrer Rolle sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit unserem Team für die reibungslose kaufmännische Abwicklung sowie organisatorische Themen vor Ort.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für die operativen Führungskräfte.
  • Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie die Bestandsüberwachung und -buchungen wissen wir bei Ihnen in den besten Händen.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Verbuchung von Wareneingängen und die Kontrolle der Lieferpapiere auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität.
  • Zudem gleichen Sie Daten in SAP und im hauseigenen Warenwirtschaftssystem ab und kontrollieren die gebuchten Zeitfenster der Speditionen.
  • Nicht zuletzt verantworten Sie die Ablage und systemseitige Datenpflege am Standort.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis bildet eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang - idealerweise bringen Sie Berufspraxis in der Automotive-Logistik mit.
  • Sie sind bereit zur Arbeit im Mehrschicht-Betrieb und stehen einer Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Zollabwicklung offen gegenüber.
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und SAP sind Sie routiniert.
  • Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift rundet Ihr aussagekräftiges Profil ab.
  • Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit einem effizienten Arbeitsstil.
