An unseren Standorten in Rastatt und Kuppenheim wird die gesamte Logistik für einen renommierten Automobilhersteller abgewickelt. In Ihrer Rolle sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit unserem kompetenten Team für die reibungslose kaufmännische Abwicklung sowie organisatorische Themen vor Ort.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für die operativen Führungskräfte und Kundenunternehmen.
  • Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie die Bestandsüberwachung und -buchung wissen wir bei Ihnen in den besten Händen.
  • Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung sämtlicher Prozess- und qualitätsrelevanten Vorgaben sowie der Sicherheitsbestimmungen.
  • Ebenso versiert bearbeiten Sie Reklamationen im Wareneingang und kontrollieren Lieferpapiere auf ihre Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität.
  • Zudem gleichen Sie Daten im hauseigenen Warenwirtschaftssystem ab und überwachen den Abarbeitungsgrad der Transportaufträge.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufspraxis in der Automotive-Logistik mit.
  • Zudem gehen Sie routiniert mit MS Office, Lagerverwaltungssystemen und SAP um.
  • Sie überzeugen mit Engagement, Flexibilität, selbständigem Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und sehr guten Deutsch- sowie guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift. 
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb rundet Ihr überzeugendes Profil ab.
