Wir wachsen an unserem Produktionsstandort in Wang. Dafür suchen wir in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung ein Organisationstalent, das über den Tellerrand hinausblickt. Mit Deiner Hands-On-Mentalität verstärkst Du zukünftig unser Team und kannst Dich auf vielfältige Tätigkeiten, auch arbeitsplatzübergreifend, freuen. Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Im Tagesgeschäft empfängst Du unsere Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitenden. 
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du zuständig für die Rechnungsstellung sowie für die Klärung von Abrechnungen im Self-Billing-Verfahren an unsere Lieferanten.
  • Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung, die Rechnungsprüfung und die Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses.
  • Außerdem gehört die Pflege verschiedener Systeme zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben. 
  • Es warten weitere umfangreiche Aufgaben auf Dich, wie z. B. Teamassistenz, Mitwirken bei Personalangelegenheiten und Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (w/m/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Idealerweise hast Du Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen. 
  • Außerdem bist Du versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office. Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in SAP R3, SAP S/4-HANA.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind für Dich selbstverständlich. 
  • Nicht zuletzt zeichnest Du Dich durch Eigeninitiative, positives und souveränes Auftreten aus.
