Ín dieser Position sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit uns für einen erfolgreichen Ablauf der Administrative und der Buchhaltung. Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen der operativen Einheit und der Buchhaltung.
  • Ferner bearbeiten Sie das Mahn- und Reklamationswesen und sorgen für eine korrekte Abstimmung der Konten.
  • Desweiteren sind die für sie Sortierung der Frachtpapiere und die Abrechnung dieser verantwortlich.
  • Auch allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Nicht zuletzt betreuen Sie die Telefonzentrale sowie den Empfang und betreuen unsere Besucher.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Kenntnisse im speditionellen oder logistischen Umfeld sammeln.
  • Ergänzend überzeugen Sie mit gutem Englisch und arbeiten routiniert mit moderner EDV.
  • Als engagierter Teamplayer gehen Sie Ihre Aufgaben mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem geschulten Blick für Details an.
  • Persönlich punkten Sie mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie einem professionellen, sicheren Auftreten.
