Du wirst Teil eines großartigen Teams zur Planung und Realisierung unserer Logistikdienstleistungen an unserem Standort Dasing. Dabei legst Du die Abläufe fest und berücksichtigst die Bedürfnisse des Kunden und Mandanten sowie die Vorgaben des Unternehmens. Du hältst somit die Fäden in der Hand und koordinierst unser Tagesgeschäft.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben zählt die fachkundige Betreuung von Mandanten, Kunden und Subunternehmern.
  • Dazu übernimmst Du die Steuerung sowie die Überwachung von Aufträgen und Terminen und stellst so einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
  • Auch die kompetente Bearbeitung und Abwendung von Reklamationen gehört zu Deinem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Ebenso sorgst Du dafür, dass wir eine optimale Qualität in der Lieferkette vom Lager bis hin zum Endkunden einhalten können.
  • Nicht zuletzt bist Du verantwortlich für die tägliche Prüfung des Rechnungsein- und ausgangs und agierst als zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Speditions- und Logistikbereich.
  • In jedem Fall beherrschst Du einen souveränen Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket.
  • Außerdem verfügst Du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Du kommunizierst gerne.
  • Zu Deinen Stärken gehört eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise - wir können uns immer auf Dich verlassen.
  • Schlussendlich zeigst Du ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und hast Spaß an Deiner Arbeit.
