Als neues Teammitglied unseres 100%igen Tochterunternehmens Inntralog leisten Sie mit Ihrem kaufmännischen Support einen wertvollen Beitrag zu unserer täglichen Arbeit. Sei es im Bereich Endkundenbelieferung, Lagerung oder Filiallogistik - Sie unterstützen unsere Logistikdienstleistungen und garantieren so den reibungslosen Ablauf bei unseren namhaften Mandanten der Neumöbelbranche.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie unterstützen uns bei der Erstellung von Rechnungen an unsere Mandanten und Kunden.
  • Ebenso versiert greifen Sie uns bei Monatsabschlüssen und vielfältigen Verwaltungstätigkeiten unter die Arme.
  • Außerdem tragen Sie die Verantwortung für unseren Rechnungsworkflow, bearbeiten eingehende Rechnungen und erstellen Gutschriften.
  • Darüber hinaus haben Sie das Zahlungsverhalten der Kunden stets im Blick und agieren selbstständig.
  • Nicht zuletzt sind Sie direkter Ansprechpartner für die Anliegen unserer Kunden und Subunternehmer.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Logistikbranche oder ein hohes Interesse an dieser mit.
  • Natürlich gehen Sie routiniert mit MS Office um, insbesondere mit Excel – Grundkenntnisse in SAP sind eine wertvolle Ergänzung.
  • In jedem Fall beherrschen Sie Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift und haben Grundkenntnisse in der englischen Sprache.
  • Zu Ihren Stärken gehört eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, die Sie auch in hektischen Situationen bewahren.
  • Persönlich punkten Sie als flexibler, aufgeschlossener und selbstbewusster Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Kommunikationsgeschick.
