18 Monate, in denen Du aktiv die Zukunft eines weltweit operierenden Logistikdienstleisters mitgestaltest und den Grundstein für Deine zukünftige Karriere legst: Genau die Möglichkeit bekommst Du in unserem Logistik-Traineeprogramm. In drei sechsmonatigen Stationen an unterschiedlichen Standorten in Deiner Region (NRW, Frankfurt oder darüber hinaus) erwarten Dich spannende Projekte. So übernimmst Du bei uns Verantwortung in Rekordzeit. Auch Deine fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung kommt nicht zu kurz: regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche, Mentoring und Trainings sowie Networking sind fest in unserem Programm verankert. Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du wirst auf drei spannende Stationen geballte Logistik erleben - hier kannst Du nicht nur Hands-On mit anpacken, sondern auch Deine eigenen Ideen einbringen.
  • In unseren Niederlassungen tauchst Du tief in die Welt der Lagerprozesse ein, lernst alles von Grund auf kennen und identifizierst mit unserem Projektmanagement-Team vor Ort Verbesserungspotenziale.
  • Aber das ist noch nicht alles! Wir setzen auf Green Logistics und Future Warehouse – gemeinsam gehen wir den Weg Richtung nachhaltige Logistik.
  • Wenn es um unsere Kunden geht, bist Du mittendrin: Du und dein Team lösen Anliegen und Probleme schnell und effektiv.
  • In deinem Pflichteinsatz in unserer Zentrale in Holzwickede dreht sich alles um innovative und smarte Logistikkonzepte für unsere neuen Kunden und worauf es bei einer erfolgreichen Implementierung ankommt.
  • Und vergiss nicht Deine persönliche Entwicklung: Regelmäßige Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche, Trainings und Mentoring geben Deiner Karriere den nötigen Boost.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Dein Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, BWL oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften hast Du bereits in der Tasche und konntest während Deines Studiums erste Praxisluft schnuppern.
  • Alternativ bringst Du eine Ausbildung (gerne mit Logistikbezug) sowie ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit.
  • Ein dynamisches Umfeld ist genau das, wo Du Dich wohlfühlst, denn Du bist bereit Veränderungen mitzugestalten und Deine Ideen aktiv voranzutreiben.
  • Deine positive Ausstrahlung und Deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit sorgen dafür, dass Du problemlos mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammenarbeitest. 
  • Auch Herausforderungen meisterst Du durch Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Innovationsfreude und lösungsorientiertes Denken spielend.
  • Nice to have: Internationale Erfahrung rundet Dein Profil ab.
