Als Support CRM Application Management (w/m/d) unterstützen Sie den globalen Rollout und Support unseres neuen MS Dynamics CRM Systems. Sie stellen zusammen mit dem Team die optimale Funktionalität und Performance sicher, um eine hervorragende Userbetreuung und Unternehmensleistung zu unterstützen. Ihre Rolle umfasst die Koordination komplexer Rollouts in unseren mehr als 60 Ländern, die Sicherstellung des 1st Level Supports, die Schulung von Anwendern sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Abteilungen, externen Partnern und Endbenutzern.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unterstützen Sie beim Planen, Überwachen und Evaluieren des globalen Rollouts unseres neuen CRM-Systems, sowie anschließende Updates im Lifecycle.
  • Außerdem stellen Sie die Effektivität des 1st Level Supports sicher, um Anwenderprobleme und Anfragen schnell und effizient zu klären.
  • Darüber hinaus fördern Sie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen der IT-Abteilung, externen Partnern und Benutzern, indem Sie als Bindeglied handeln.
  • Sie entwickeln und implementieren Trainingsprogramme für Endnutzer und verwalten und optimieren ein Ticket-System für den allgemeinen Support, um eine Erfassung, Zuweisung und Verfolgung von Supportanfragen zu ermöglichen.
  • Zudem bauen Sie mit dem Team eine globale Super User Community auf.
  • Zu guter Letzt sind Sie für das persönliche Onboarding der Organisationen zuständig, wofür eine vereinzelte Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Regionscluster möglich ist.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine entsprechende Qualifikation und fundierte Kenntnisse mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applicationsmanagement- und Support in einem globalen Umfeld.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie das entsprechende Business Verständnis mit.
  • Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch ein sicheres Handling im 1st Level Support und im Umgang mit Support-Ticketing-Systemen aus.
  • Sie besitzen außerdem die Fähigkeit, als Vermittler zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern (vorrangig IT, externe Partner, Endnutzer) zu fungieren.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie bereits sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Schulungs- und Trainingsprogramme für Endnutzer zu entwickeln und durchzuführen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch sowie eine Reisebereitschaft zu unseren nationalen und internationalen Standorten runden Ihr Profil ab.
