Dabei legen Sie die Abläufe fest und berücksichtigen die Bedürfnisse des Kunden sowie die Vorgaben des Unternehmens. Zusammen mit Ihnen halten wir die Fäden in der Hand und steuern unser Tagesgeschäft. 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • In Ihrer Rolle planen, überwachen und optimieren Sie unsere Tagestouren und sind für die Auftragsbearbeitung zuständig.
  • Sie verantworten die Vor- und Nachbesprechung der Touren und sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kraftfahrer.
  • Im professionellen Umgang mit unseren Kunden planen Sie Termine und Dienstleistungsabläufe.
  • Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie weitere kaufmännische Bürotätigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Rechnungsfreigaben, Führerscheinkontrollen und die Urlaubsplanung des Fahrpersonals.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich der Logistik gesammelt.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit und behalten auch in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick.
  • Sie verfügen über gute regionale und geografische Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen.
  • Sie überzeugen uns als engagierter und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer, der stets souverän auftritt.
