An unserem neuen Standort in Berlin haben wir seit kurzem die komplette logistische Dienstleistung für einen renommierten deutschen Automobilhersteller übernommen. Auch die Distribution fertiger Motorräder zu Handelspartnern international und national wird hier durch unser tolles und dynamisches Team übernommen, welches Sie hier unterstützen und dabei sicher externe Spediteure und Transportunternehmer koordinieren.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

In Ihrer Rolle als Disponent verantworten Sie die termingerechte Versandabwicklung und Zeitfenstersteuerung der Transporte am Standort.
Sie übernehmen eigenständig die Koordination, Lieferverfolgung und Kontrolle von Warenein- und ausgänge, wie auch die Dokumentation und Buchung von Lieferdaten.
Dabei tauschen Sie sich regelmäßig mit den Fachbereichen und Kunden aus und stellen somit den Informationsfluss zwischen den Abteilungen sicher.
Darüber hinaus sind Sie auch Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bei Bestandsanfragen und Reklamationen.
Zu guter Letzt erstellen und buchen Sie die für alle Transporte notwendigen Dokumente wie Zoll, Ladelisten und Transportaufträge im Kundensystem.

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bestenfalls im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
Idealerweise bringen Sie auch eine mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export mit.
Weiterbildung zum Thema Zollabwicklung, Gefahrgut und Luftfracht ist von Vorteil.
Darüber hinaus sind Sie bereit in Früh- und Spätdienst zu arbeiten.
Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch und in Wort und Schrift, gehen gekonnt mit MS-Office, insbesondere mit Excel um.
Sie punkten als aufgeschlossene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die täglische Herausforderungen mit organisatorischem Geschick meistert.
