DevOps Engineer (w/m/d) IT Service Management

Unser DevOps-Team stellt sich tagtäglich der Herausforderung, die Anforderungen unserer internen Kunden kontinuierlich up-to-date zu halten. Das heißt: wir meistern gemeinsam die Konzeption, den Betrieb (Operations) sowie den 2nd-Level-Support unserer IT Service Management Plattform, basierend auf Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management. Dabei setzen wir – neben modernsten Arbeitsmitteln und Technologien – auf eine agile Arbeitsweise und natürlich jede Menge Teamwork.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen administrierst Du unsere IT-Service Management Lösung basierend auf Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management.
Dabei unterstützt Du unsere internen Product Owner bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft.
Du führst Performanceanalysen in der Applikation und der MS SQL Datenbank durch.
Darüber hinaus bist Du mit für das Monitoring der Applikation inkl. Schnittstellen zuständig und erweiterst die notwendigen Checkroutinen.
Außerdem unterstützt Du Deine Kollegen bei der Produktivnahme neuer Releases.

Das bringst Du mit

Neben einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung im IT-Bereich bringst Du einschlägige Erfahrung im IT-Support von Webanwendungen mit.
Ebenfalls hast Du praktische Erfahrung mit MS SQL Servern.
Außerdem hast Du ein sehr gutes Verständnis für relationale Datenbankmodelle.
Idealerweise verfügst Du auch schon über Vorkenntnisse in der Administration von Webanwendungen.
Mit Deinen guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen bewegst Du Dich sicher in unserer IT-Welt.
Aufgrund Deiner guten Kommunikation, Deiner Kollegialität, Deines hohen Qualitätsbewusstseins und Deiner Eigeninitiative bist Du die perfekte Ergänzung für unser Team.
