Sie werden Mitglied im Team Corporate Controlling in unserem Headquarter in Holzwickede. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen setzen wir kaufmännische Projekte mit gruppenweiter Relevanz um und gestalten gemeinsam mit den operativen Geschäftsfeldern unseren Pfad für weiteres profitables Wachstum.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie sind wichtiger Ansprechpartner der kaufmännischen Verantwortlichen in den Business Units oder der Corporate Funktionen, stehen konstant im Austausch mit diesen und bauen ein nachhaltiges Netzwerk auf.
  • Sie begleiten und unterstützen die Planung und den Forecast, erstellen Reports in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Business Units bzw. den Corporate Funktionen.
  • Bei Investitionsentscheidungen gestalten Sie die Ressourcenallokation in der Gruppe aktiv mit.
  • Sie koordinieren kaufmännische Projekte in einer schnell wachsenden Organisation und bringen diese zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Zusätzlich bringen Sie Ihre Idee zur Weiterentwicklung der Controllingprozesse und IT-Systeme sowie Finanzfunktion ein und gestalten so auch Ihr direktes Arbeitsumfeld mit.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind Wirtschafts-, Naturwissenschaftler oder (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieur mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund.
  • Zudem bringen Sie Berufspraxis im Finanzbereich bei (mittel) großen Unternehmen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung und Beratung mit.
  • Dazu kombinieren Sie breites kaufmännisches Knowhow mit fundierter Erfahrung im eigenständigen Management von Projekten.
  • Sie begeistern uns als Teamplayer und haben Spaß daran Veränderungen mitzugestalten.
  • Ferner bringen Sie neben fließenden Deutsch- auch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit, denken in Prozessen und strukturieren mit Ihren analytischen Fähigkeiten auch sehr komplexe Sachverhalte.
  • Schlussendlich kombinieren Sie Durchsetzungsvermögen mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe sowie Kommunikations- und Konzeptionsstärke.
