Sie bilden mit Ihrem offenen Auge für Herausforderungen und Ihrer Analysefähigkeit die Schnittstelle zwischen dem operativen Standort und dem zentralen Controlling. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Niederlassungsleitung decken Sie Schwachstellen auf und profititen von einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum, einem professionellen Arbeitsumfeld und von einer frühzeitigen Übernahme von Verantwortung. Freuen Sie sich außerdem auf ein offenes, familiäres Team.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner stehen Sie für alle Fragen rund um das operative Controlling am Standort zur Verfügung und bilden die Schnittstelle zu unseren zentralen Funktionen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Etablierung eines neuen Standards im Controlling und sind darüber hinaus verantwortlich für das Erstellen von regelmäßigen Auswertungen, Analysen und Kalkulationen.
  • Zudem bringen Sie sich bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse tatkräftig mit ein.
  • Abschließend steht die Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzial bestehender Prozesse auf Ihrer Agenda, um deren Effizienz zu erhöhen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihr betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Zudem bringen Sie fundierte Erfahrung im Logistik-Bereich sowie Erfahrungen im Bereich Accounting/Buchhaltung mit.
  • Ihre ausgeprägte numerischen und analytischen Kompetenzen befähigen Sie, Daten zu interpretieren, auszuwerten und strukturiert darzustellen.
  • Innovativen Digitalisierungsthemen stehen Sie offen gegenüber, bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv ein und sind versiert in den gängigen Office Anwendungen, besonders Excel.
  • Know-how in SAP FI/CO und einem BI-Tool (z.B. Qlik) ist eine ideale Ergänzung.
