Assistenz (w/m/d) Leitung Technik

Mit Ihnen an Bord möchten wir bei unseren Prozessen neue Fahrt aufnehmen. Als Assistenz unterstützen Sie die Technikleitung bei administrativen Aufgaben.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Die technische Abteilung unterstützen Sie bei der Planung von Terminen und holen Angebote ein.
  • Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Verantwortlichen aus den einzelnen Abteilungen und Stabstellen zusammen.
  • Zusätzlich begleiten Sie regelmäßige Jour-fixe-Termine und agieren als Schnittstelle.
  • Sie bereiten angeforderte Informationen schlüssig auf, verfolgen Themen konsequent nach und erstellen überzeugende Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Protokolle.
  • Nicht zuletzt entwickeln Sie die betrieblichen Prozessabläufe mit digitaler Unterstützung weiter.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrung im technischen Bereich gesammelt bzw. eine entsprechende Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Dabei haben Sie ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
  • Dank Ihrer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und Ihrer analytischen Kompetenz durchdringen Sie leicht komplexe logistische Prozesse.
  • Persönlich punkten Sie mit Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch, einer ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Als aufgeschlossene, selbstsichere Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie vertrauensvoll mit allen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen.
