What you can expect

  • Nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitung in unsere bestehenden Prozesse und die Beteiligungsdatenbank, unterstützt Du uns bei der Informationsbeschaffung von Daten und pflegst diese nach unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards in die Beteiligungsdatenbank ein.
  • Du strukturierst und analysierst Vertragsunterlagen aus dem Gesellschaftsrecht sowie Handelsregisterinformationen. Dadurch erlangst du ein umfangreiches Wissen aus dem Gesellschaftsrecht auf internationaler Ebene.
  • Hierbei stehst Du in persönlichem Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Kollegen als auch den Kollegen im Team Group Shareholding International sowie Legal.
  • Du übernimmst eigene Verantwortungsbereiche wie z. B. das Versenden von monatlichen Reports sowie die Erstellung von Videotutorials für unseren Intranetauftritt.
  • Gekonnt sorgst Du für die technische Aufbereitung von Datenbeständen und erstellst Reports und sowie Organigramme gemäß den Anforderungen interner Kunden.
  • Dich erwartet ein kleines, sympathisches Team, welches stets offen für Deine neuen Ideen und Kreativität ist, um gemeinsam mit Dir das Beteiligungsmanagement zu optimieren.

What you bring

  • Du befindest Dich aktuell im Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Idealerweise befindest du dich im 1.- 3. Semester und könntest das Team zwischen 12-20 Stunden in der Woche unterstützen.
  • Dokumente in fremden Sprachen bereiten Dir dank heutiger technischer Hilfsmittel bzw. Übersetzungstools keine Sorge - Englisch beherrschst du jedoch relativ sicher.
  • Du siehst stets die Chancen in jeder Herausforderung und fühlst Dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl.
  • Persönlich schätzen wir Dich für Dein Feingefühl zu fremden Kulturen, Deine hohen Qualitätsansprüche sowie für Deine außerordentliche Sorgfalt und Lernbereitschaft.

Recruitment Process

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
