What you can expect
- Als Teamleiter sind Sie für die IT-Landschaft der NIAG-Unternehmensgruppe verantwortlich und halten diese auf einem hohen Stabilitätslevel. Die NIAG IT ist in das IT-Netzwerk unseres Mehrheitsgesellschafters Rhenus eingebunden.
- Mit Ihrem Team agieren Sie als interner Dienstleister und übernehmen den Support und den Betrieb unserer IT-Landschaft. Dies umfasst Themen des Client Managements (Active Directory, MS Teams, Telefonie etc.), der kompletten Infrastruktur (bspw. VMWare, Windows & SQL Server, Oracle DBs) sowie den Betrieb des Rechenzentrums und branchenspezifische IT-Anwendungen.
- Neben der IT-seitigen Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen stellen Sie die komplette IT-Infrastruktur sicher (Telefonanlagen, VoIP, ITK-Endgeräte) sowie die betrieblichen Randsysteme (bspw. Zugangskontrollen, Überwachungskameras). Bei Bedarf packen Sie tatkräftig mit an.
- Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
- Auch die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der administrativen Aufgaben (Bestellwesen, Rechnungsbearbeitung, Kostenplanung, etc.) liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungs- und Tätigkeitsbereich.
What you bring
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (vorzugsweise Fachinformatik für Systemintegration) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
- Neben nachweislichen Erfolgen im Projekt-Management greifen Sie auf erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden zurück.
- Mit größeren Microsoft-basierten Infrastrukturen kennen Sie sich aus und bewegen sich sicher sowohl im technischen als auch nicht-technischen Umfeld.
- Sie kommunizieren souverän mit Ihren Deutsch – und Englischkenntnissen auf Muttersprachlerniveau.
- Mit Ihrer proaktiven Art, setzen Sie die richtigen Prioritäten, agieren zielorientiert und zielgruppengerecht.
- Neben Ihrer analytischen und technischen Kompetenz ist für Sie Service-, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
- Und zu guter Letzt verfügen Sie über einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
