Job Description

What you can expect

  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects across Sales, Marketing and PR, including scheduling, the creation of status reports and outcome tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep track of the CCO's meeting schedule while supporting with proactive preparation and communication with all needed stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and business trips, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
  • Follow up on action items resulting from meetings and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop presentations, briefing documents, and strategic communication materials, including speeches.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board.

What you bring

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience (>3 years) in a strategic or consulting role and/or sales (e.g., management consulting, business development), ideally in the logistics sector.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particulary Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, especially in sales and marketing.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills as well as a structured and independent approach to work.
  • Strong communications skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative.
