What you bring

  • Higher professional or university level education in Supply Chain Management or related fields
  • 10 years of experience in managing complex IT implementation projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective communication in different levels of organizations, from board room to IT experts and operational staff in warehousing
  • Willingness to travel to project locations around the globe (25% of workdays travelling)
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing Ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic way of working
  • Excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Intercultural competence and a global mindset
  • Talent to present and communicate complex issues in a transparent and understandable way to management or team
  • Assertiveness and the ability to stand firm in face of opposition
