What you can expect
Digital Transformation aims to streamline and automate business processes, leading to increased operational efficiency. This objective involves, integrating systems through setup, adopting digital tools, and optimizing workflows to reduce manual effort, errors, and costs.
Global Digital Transformationis overseeing and developing standards focused on deploying and supporting our global IT application landscape within the Rhenus Air & Ocean division. This includes ensuring the strategies necessary for change management, user training, and application support are coordinated effectively.
Provide a strategic interface between business and IT, encourage stakeholder engagement, oversee relationship management and comprehend business requirements to best align technology solutions and services
Development of standards on rollouts, as well as for rollout decisions
Oversee the creation and up-to-date keeping of training material on specific own applications
Support the internal/external communication and knowledge management foundation to provide key stakeholders and employees an opportunity to obtain information about the Digital Transformation strategy and projects
What you bring
Support in Strategy and Standards Implementation:
Assistother Digital Transformation specialists in coordinating with global and regional stakeholders to help set up and monitor rollout process standards for the Rhenus Air & Ocean applications.
Help facilitate decision-making processes for new country rollouts, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
Support the implementation of new functionalities within internal applications across all regions, while ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing with key stakeholders.
Assistance in Project Management for Digital Transformation:
Aid in tracking and reporting on the digital transformation project portfolio, helping to ensure successful implementation across all regions.
Contribute to the development and delivery of tools, methodologies, and training to support high-quality service and user acceptance.
Support in Communication, Change, and Knowledge Management:
Collaborate with Digital Transforamtion specialists and relevant teams to maintain and update documentation, training materials, and technical guidelines.
Assist in the development and execution of training programs for global and regional Digital Transforamtion specialists and application users.
Support the communication of the Digital Transformation Strategy and related programs, helping to foster a mindset open to change.
Ensure proper transfer of application know-how within the Digital Transforamtionorganization by viewing users as customers and promoting the acceptance of new applications or functionalities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure they are engaged and informed throughout the digital transformation journey.
