What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Motivation eines Teams.
- Dabei gehört es zu Deinen Kernaufgaben, die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen effizient einzuteilen sowie auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Lagereinrichtung und Lagerhalle zu achten.
- Selbstverständlich kümmerst Du Dich um den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der Arbeitsgeräte sowie die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien.
- Ebenso hast Du relevanter Kennzahlen im Blick und stellst sicher, dass Leistungs- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
- Du stimmst Dich regelmäßig mit anderen Schichtleitern ab und im Rahmen täglicher Shopfloors wichtige Informationen weiter.
What you bring
- Als Grundlage bringst Du eine abgeschlosse Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik sowie erste Führungserfahrungen mit.
- Du bist bereit im Zwei-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten und verfügst im Idealfall über einen Staplerführerschein.
- Du bist technisch versiert, gehst routiniert mit MS Excel um und verfügst über ein Grundverständnis für Lagerverwaltungssysteme.
- Darüber hinaus punktest Du mit Kommunikationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
