What you can expect
- Durch Deine präzise Erfassung und Prüfung von Wareneingängen sowie die Kontrolle der Lieferscheine stellst Du einen reibungslosen Warenfluss sicher.
- Auf Anforderungen des Auftraggebers führst Du gezielte Korrekturbuchungen für spezielle Warenbewegungen durch und sorgst für eine genaue Dokumentation.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen und trägst dazu bei, effiziente Lösungen zu finden.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren angebundenen Dienstleistern und dem Auftraggeber vor Ort arbeitest Du eng zusammen, um Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- Auch die interne Bestellung und Organisation von Material zählt zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Nicht zuletzt übernimmst Du die professionelle schriftliche Korrespondenz mit dem Auftraggeber und trägst zur Steuerung und Optimierung des Warenflusses bei.

- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Büromanagement - aber auch Quereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen!
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office und der Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen ist für Dich auch kein Problem? Ein Traum!
- Deine Motivation und Dein Engagement zeichnen Dich aus, und du gehst Aufgaben mit Begeisterung und Elan an.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, der mit einer lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise überzeugt und Herausforderungen als Chance sieht.
- Darüber hinaus beherrschst Du Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
