What you can expect
- Als Projektmanager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Verbesserungen zu den Geschäftsprozessen und Umsetzung von Bau und IT Projekten.
- Sie sind methodisch uns organisatorisch stark und sichern durch Ihr strukturiertes Vorgehen einen effizienten Projektablauf.
- Für Ihre Projekte übernehmen Sie die volle Verantwortung und steuern diese von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Zudem bereiten Sie angeforderte Informationen schlüssig auf, verfolgen Themen konsequent nach und erstellen überzeugende Präsentationen.
- Dabei kooperieren Sie eng mit unseren Kunden und Partnern.
- Nicht zuletzt arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung und den einzelnen Fachabteilungen zusammen.
What you bring
- Ihre Basis bildet ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, eine Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie überzeugen durch eine pragmatische Herangehensweise bei der Bearbeitung der Verschiedensten Prozesse und Ihnen fällt es leicht, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach darzustellen.
- Des Weiteren verfügen Sie über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und können sehr gut auf Englisch kommunizieren.
- Mit Ihrer hohen Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Ihrer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise treiben Sie Projekte zielorientiert voran.
- Durch Ihr Kommunikationstalent führen Sie Menschen aller Hierarchieebenen und Persönlichkeiten zusammen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, selbstständig sowie flexibel und Ihre hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Ihr sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse machen Sie zu einem guten Projektmanager.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
