- Darüber hinaus bist Du die ideale Person, um Workshops zu moderieren, Input zu neuen Lösungsansätzen zu geben und gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Lösungen zu kreieren.
- Durch Deinen Einsatz hilfst Du dabei das Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln und gleichzeitig fördern wir Dich in Deiner persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.
What you bring
- Du hast ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ähnliches erfolgreich absolviert.
- Darüber hinaus bringst Du mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im internationalen Projektmanagement mit und überzeugst durch methodische Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement.
- Neben Deiner Affinität zu Kennzahlen hast Du gute Fähigkeiten in der Koordination und Organisation und begeisterst Dich für die Projektarbeit.
- Weiterhin überzeugst Du durch eine schnelle, strukturierte Auffassungsgabe und zeichnest Dich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.
- Als selbstsicherer Teamplayer unterstützt Du unser Team mit Deinen Ideen, arbeitest selbstständig und bist zu projektbezogenen Dienstreisen bereit.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
