Unser People & Culture Team ist zuständig für über 4.000 Mitarbeitende an unseren deutschlandweiten Lagerstandorten und in unseren Zentralfunktionen.   • Gemeinsam im Team beraten und unterstützen wir Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende in allen personellen Fragestellungen.
  • Dabei bist du eigenständig für deinen Betreuungsbereich zuständig und übernimmst damit eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in unserem Team.
  • Zusätzlich informierst und sensibilisierst du Führungskräfte für arbeitsrechtliche Sachverhalte und berätst hinsichtlich sinnvoller Möglichkeiten. 
  • Natürlich gehört auch die operative Umsetzung aller administrativen Personalprozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles mit dazu – von der Vertragserstellung bis zum Austritt.
  • Nicht zuletzt sind deine kreativen Ideen und dein Mitwirken gefragt, um Projekte zur Gestaltung einer herausragenden Employee Journey zu etablieren.

What you bring

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet deine Basis.
  • Darüber hinaus hast du bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalbetreuung, dem HR Management oder als HR Business Partner gesammelt. 
  • Zusätzlich bist du fit in allen administrativen Fragestellungen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles.
  • Wir freuen uns, wenn du dich grundlegend mit dem Thema Arbeitsrecht auskennst, dies ist aber kein Muss. 
  • Viel wichtiger ist es, dass du gerne Verantwortung für deine Themen übernimmst und deine Aufgaben strukturiert angehst, auch wenn es mal hektisch wird.  
  • Wenn du zudem Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen hast und wertschätzend auf Augenhöhe kommunizierst, dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
