What you can expect
- In Deiner Rolle übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Leitung eines Standortes.
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen und effizienten Betrieb - dank Dir ist stets eine optimale Servicequalität gewährleistet.
- Darüber hinaus trägst Du aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des Standortes bei, indem Du unsere Strukturen und Prozesse kontinuierlich optimierst.
- Dabei strebst Du die Weiterentwicklung des Arbeitsumfeldes in Bezug auf Produktivität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität an.
- Auch die Budgetplanung und -kontrolle ist bei Dir in guten Händen.
- Nicht zuletzt arbeitest Du eng mit dem Kunden und anderen Funktionsbereichen der Unternehmensgruppe zusammen und berichtest an die Geschäftsführung.
What you bring
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Aus- oder Weiterbildung ist wünschenswert.
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entsorgungswirtschaft oder Logistik.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit überzeugst Du durch ein positives und gewinnendes Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
- Mit Deiner Zahlenaffinität und Deiner analytischen und prozessorientierten Denkweise durchschaust Du mühelos betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Dank Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität packst Du auch selbst mit an und bringst die richtige Mischung aus unternehmerischem Denken und Umsetzungsstärke mit.

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
