What you can expect
- Routiniert übernehmen Sie die Sortierung von eingehenden Post- und Paket Sendungen.
- Darüber hinaus bearbeiten Sie sorgfältig und präzise Dokumente und bereiten diese für den Kopier- und Scanvorgang vor.
- Zügig digitalisieren Sie die einzelnen Unterlagen und kontrollieren den erfolgreichen Scanvorgang im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung.
- Abschließend sind Sie zuständig für die Be- und Entladung des Fahrzeugs und übernehmen zudem die Auslieferung und Abholung von Postsendungen und Paketen.
What you bring
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung in der digitalen Dokumentenlogistik oder einer Poststelle mit.
- Außerdem verfügen Sie über solide EDV-Kenntnisse, gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
- Dank Ihrer schnellen Auffassungsgabe können Sie Dokumente zügig anlesen und arbeiten sich leicht in einfache Arbeitsprozesse ein.
- Sie bieten Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Dokumenten, sind belastbar und zuverlässig.
- Schlussendlich überzeugen Sie mit einem höflichen Auftreten, einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild und dem Führerscheinklasse B.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Selection Process

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
