Job Description
What you can expect
- Du erledigst die komplette Auftragsabwicklung von Export und Importsendungen
- Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Zoll- und Transportbegleitdokumenten (e-dec, NCTS, ATLAS)
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung von zugewiesenen Key Accounts
- Darüber hinaus beschaffst Du die notwendigen Transportkapazitäten am internationalen Transportmarkt
- Ausserdem übernimmst Du auch die Avisierungen der Frachtführer
- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten runden die Aufgaben ab
What you bring
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder ausgewiesene kaufmännische Erfahrung im Speditionsbereich
- Deine guten EDV - Kenntnisse (Anwender inkl. MS-Office) wendest Du täglich an, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Deutsch ist Deine Muttersprache und Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Dein sicheres Auftreten und Deine angenehmen Umgangsformen zeichnen Dich aus
- Deine Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis runden Dein Profil ab

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
