What you can expect

  • Zu Ihrem Tagesgeschäft gehört die nationale und internationale Abfertigung von Stückgutsendungen über die Systemlogistik.
  • Sie sorgen für die manuelle Auftragserfassung und haben die Datenübernahme der Sendungsdaten per DFÜ im Blick.
  • Außerdem erstellen Sie die notwendigen Begleitpapiere wie Ladelisten, Frachtbriefe und Zolldokumente etc.
  • Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen der Disposition, dem Umschlaglager und unseren Fahrern, mit denen Sie eng und vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeiten.
  • Nicht zuletzt sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der internen und externen Qualitätsanforderungen.

What you bring

  • Ihre Basis ist eine Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Logistik.
  • Ergänzend haben Sie bereits Berufspraxis im Speditionsumfeld sammeln können.
  • Im Umgang mit MS Office sowie Spedition-Programmen sind Sie versiert und verfügen gleichzeitig über gute geografische Kenntnisse.
  • Deutsch beherrschen Sie sicher in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht, geregelt).
  • Als zuverlässiger und durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer zeichnen Sie sich durch Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick aus.
