Come IT Project Manager, riporterai al PM Lead e sarai il motore che guida l’intero ciclo di vita dei nostri progetti IT strategici e operativi. Il tuo obiettivo sarà trasformare i requisiti di business in soluzioni tecnologiche efficaci, garantendo qualità, coerenza e comunicazione fluida con tutti gli stakeholder.
Le tue responsabilità:
Coordinerai la pianificazione, l’esecuzione e il monitoraggio dei progetti IT, dall’analisi dei requisiti fino al supporto post-go live.
Collaborerai con gli stakeholder per definire obiettivi, ambito e deliverable di ciascun progetto.
Svilupperai piani di progetto completi, con attività, tempistiche e risorse necessarie.
Identificherai rischi e potenziali criticità, proponendo soluzioni per superarli.
Favorirai una comunicazione chiara ed efficace tra team di progetto e stakeholder a tutti i livelli.
Monitorerai KPI e avanzamento, adottando azioni correttive quando necessario.
Garantirai la conformità agli standard di qualità, alle policy aziendali e alle best practice.
Redigerai report periodici per management e stakeholder.
Contribuirai al miglioramento continuo dei processi e degli strumenti di project management.
What you bring
Cerchiamo una persona con:
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di project manager
- La gestione di progetti IT complessi è considerata un plus
- Ottima capacità di comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder
- Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento ai risultati
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (scritto e parlato)

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
