What you can expect
- Kommunikation mit Frachtführer und Disposition tägl. Linehaul-LKW
- Datenübernahmekontrolle und manuelle Erfassung der nicht übermittelten Sendungen mittels ERP-System Fast
- Erstellen von CH Ausfuhrverzollung und Transitdokumente im Fast Verzollungsprogramm Passar
- Erstellen von DE Einfuhrverzollungen einschliesslich EU-Verzollungen, Intrastat Meldungen mittels ATLAS Verzollungsprogramm DACOSY
- Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Zollbehörden und Partnern
- Abrechnung an Partner und Kunden, kontieren eingehender Lieferantenrechnungen
What you bring
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Speditionsbereich oder hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, alternativ auch eine Ausbildung als Zolldeklarant im Export.
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrungen mit e-dec Export und der ATLAS Zollabfertigung sowie Transit Dokumentenerstellung mit.
- Wir zählen darauf, dass du offen und freundlich mit unseren Kunden und deinen Kollegen umgehst.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fliessend, eine weitere Sprache wäre von Vorteil.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
