Job Description

What you can expect

  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and KPIs for operations teams aligned with regional standards
  • Apply regional auditing frameworks to monitor operational quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence, optimization, and documentation of operational processes
  • Coordinate country-level implementation requests with relevant teams
  • Align with Regional Head of Operational Excellence on master data standards and oversee local implementation
  • Create frameworks to compare branch performance and share best practices
  • Analyze operational gaps before IT system rollouts to ensure seamless integration
  • Lead and organize ROCS training for country super/key users and Asia IT support team
  • Conduct user testing sessions prior to system implementation
  • Provide support during and after rollouts, including first and third-level support
  • Coordinate and support on-site implementations (training, ramp-up, go-live, reviews)
  • Develop and track detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation

What you bring

 

  • Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering
  • 1–3 years' experience in Operational Excellence or data quality in air & ocean freight forwarding
  • Strong quality management focus
  • Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Big-picture mindset: both commercial/customer and internal/operational
  • High accountability and results-driven approach
  • Strong stakeholder alignment and communication across all levels
  • Comfortable working with diverse regional and functional teams
  • Performs well under pressure with confidence
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel
