What you can expect
• Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Motivation eines mittelgroßen Teams in einer Schicht an unserem Logistikstandort.
• Dabei bist Du zuständig für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Betriebsabläufe und verantwortest die Personaleinsatzplanung.
• In Deiner Rolle bist Du zudem Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Kunde und weitere Führungskräfte.
• Du bist aktiv in die operativen Prozesse eingebunden, unterstützt Dein Team auf der Fläche und bist ein Vorbild,
wenn es um Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung geht.
What you bring
Deine Grundlage ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik.
• Du konntest in der Vergangenheit bereits erste Führungserfahrung als Schichtleiter/ Leitstand im logistischen Umfeld sammeln und
beweist organisatorisches Geschick.
• In stressigen Situationen können wir uns auf Deinen kühlen Kopf und Deine Macher-Mentalität verlassen, dabei punktest Du mit
Deiner Kommunikationsstärke.
• Nicht zuletzt besitzt Du einen Staplerschein.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
