Job Description
What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die externe Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, OEMs und Autohäusern und kümmerst Dich um das Schadenmanagement sowie alle Themen rund um Versicherungen.
- Du beantragst Förderungen – besonders im Bereich innovativer Technologien und alternativer Antriebe.
- Im administrativen Bereich unterstützt Du die interne Kommunikation, übernimmst den Support, kümmerst Dich ums Datenmanagement im Fleetsystem, erstellst Reportings, bearbeitest Amts- und Behördenvorgänge und steuerst den Rechnungsworkflow.
- Du analysierst Potenziale zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung und baust ein effizientes Fuhrparkmanagement auf – inklusive Kontrolle der Fuhrparkdaten und Bereitstellung ganzheitlicher Reportings.
- Du bringst Dich aktiv in neue Projekte ein, unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft und bist erster Ansprechpartnerin bei allen Fragen rund um Deine Themenbereiche.
What you bring
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium – idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen im KFZ-Bereich.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Spaß daran, Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und den Blick fürs große Ganze.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2) – schriftlich wie mündlich.
- Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke: Du hast keine Berührungsängste im Umgang mit Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Kolleg*innen – ob vor Ort oder international.
- Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist gut organisiert und liebst es, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
