Job Description
What you can expect
- Du entwickelst und setzt interne Kommunikationsstrategien mit besonderem Fokus auf Führungskräftekommunikation und Change-Kommunikation um.
- Du berätst und unterstützt die Führungskräfte in unseren Unternehmenseinheiten bei der internen Kommunikation, insbesondere im Kontext von Veränderungen.
- Du konzipierst und erstellst Kommunikationsmaterialien (Reden, Präsentationen, Videos, Mailing, Intranet-Artikel etc.).
- Du steuerst und moderierst interne Kommunikationsformate wie Townhalls, Leadership-Meetings und interaktive Dialogformate.
- Du analysierst und optimierst die internen Kommunikationskanäle und -prozesse.
- Du führst Change-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Begleitung von Transformationsprozessen durch.
- Du überwachst und misst den Erfolg der internen Kommunikation durch geeignete Analyse-Tools und leitest Verbesserungsvorschläge ab.
What you bring
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der internen Kommunikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Führungskräftekommunikation und Change-Kommunikation.
- Du verfügst über exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kommunikationsstrategien.
- Du bist souverän im Umgang mit Führungskräften und besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Beratungsverständnis.
- Du bist kreativ und hast eine starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeit bei der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen und modernen Tools der internen Kommunikation.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
