What you can expect
- Routiniert übernimmst du die Sortierung von eingehenden Postsendungen.
- Darüber hinaus bearbeitest du sorgfältig und präzise Dokumente und bereitest diese für den Kopier- und Scanvorgang vor.
- Zügig digitalisierst du die einzelnen Unterlagen und kontrollierst den erfolgreichen Scanvorgang im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung
- Deine Arbeitszeiten gestalten sich von Montag bis Freitag in Teilzeit, von 13:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr.
What you bring
- Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung in der digitalen Dokumentenlogistik oder einer Poststelle mit.
- Außerdem verfügst du über solide EDV-Kenntnisse, gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
- Dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe kannst du Dokumente zügig anlesen und arbeitest dich leicht in einfache Arbeitsprozesse ein.
- Du bietest Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Dokumenten, bist belastbar und zuverlässig.
- Schlussendlich überzeugst du mit einem höflichen Auftreten und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild.

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
