What you can expect
As an International HR Trainee, you will be a part of our HR Strategy Projects team and work internationally for the whole Rhenus Overland Transport division. With your active support, you will help the implementation of different international HR projects and initiatives.
- To support our HR systems integrations and implementation, you will be responsible for data gathering and collaboration with local stakeholders.
- You will also prepare and communicate analysis of HR related data.
- In addition, you will take part in our internal communication strategy, support its deployment by creating templates and content for different communication channels.
- More generally, you will be involved in other international HR projects, such as Employee Engagement, HR Analytics...
What you bring
- You obtained Bachelor or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, management or data analytics, or any other relevant fileds.
- Ideally, you already gained first practical experience in HR in an international environment.
- You demonstrate high MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, any other data analytics and presentation tools are a plus. Knowledge of Workday HR Platform is an asset.
- You show strong attention to detail, proactiveness and agility.
- You speak English to C1 level, any other European language to a proficient level is beneficial.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
