Job Description

What you can expect

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Administratif d'Exploitation vous serez en charge de :

  • piloter, suivre et superviser l'interface avec les transporteurs et les gestionnaires de dépôts ou tiers ayant en charge nos activités Transport et Stockage,
  • rechercher la satisfaction des clients France, Benelux et pays non EU,
  • rechercher l'optimisation des coûts et des processus transport via la gestion des indicateurs clés liés à son périmètre, des différents rapports disponibles et des autres méthodes en place,
  • s'assurer de la bonne coordination des activités quotidiennes et projets projets avec d’autres équipes
  • S’assurer d’un bon fonctionnement du processus de suivi des transporteurs
  • Participer activement à l’activité de l’usine ou du dépôt (inventaire, support projets),
  • S’assurer que l’activité se déroule dans des bonnes conditions QHSE.

 

What you bring

Issu(e) d'une formation de niveau Bac+2 minimum, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire et sur un site logistique.

Vous faites preuve de réactivité, de dynamisme, de méthode et de rigueur. Vous savez travailler en autonomie et faites preuve d'un très bon relationnel.

Vous avez une connaissance du monde du Transport en général et/ou des opérations logistiques/Transport. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement SAP ou un autre ERP, tout comme les outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint...).

Maîtrise impérative de l'Anglais (au niveau professionnel).

Amplitudes horaires : 6h45 - 20h00 (rotation 1 semaine le matin et 1 semaine l'après-midi) 7h00 - 14h45 // 11h45-19h30

Rémunération en fonction du profil et de l'expérience + Tickets Restaurant + Mutuelle + Carte Avantage Club Rhenus.
