What you can expect
- Als Disponent sind Sie verantwortlich für die Disposition unseres Fuhrparks im Nah- und Fernverkehr.
- Ladungsverkauf von Überhangmengen.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung des Fuhrparks.
- Ebenso gehört die Überwachung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im gewerblichen Güterkraftverkehr zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Unseren Kunden stehen Sie beratend zur Seite und nehmen deren Aufträge entgegen.
What you bring
- Sie haben möglichst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann oder vergleichbar oder sind Quereinsteiger mit dem notwendigen Knowhow.
- Zudem haben Sie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Disposition.
- Außerdem sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen.
- Sie sind zudem flexibel und zuverlässig.
- Ebenfalls besitzen Sie Organisationstalent und kreative Ansätze zur Problemlösung.
- Eine strukturierte und nachhaltige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
