Von Anfang an bist du in unsere IT-Prozesse und deren Weiterentwicklung eingebunden und übernimmst schnell deine ersten eigenen Aufgaben. Dabei setzen wir in der Ausbildung auf ein starkes Mentorenprogramm, bei dem dir dein Ausbilder als Coach mit Rat und Tat und regelmäßigen Feedbackgesprächen zur Seite steht. Obendrein hast du bei uns gute Chancen, nach deiner Ausbildung übernommen zu werden.
- Angeleitet von unseren IT-Profis lernst du alles, was diesen Beruf so spannend und abwechslungsreich macht.
- Du planst, installierst, konfigurierst und wartest unsere technischen Systeme und Netzwerke - die dazugehörigen Hard- und Softwarekomponenten natürlich inklusive.
- Im Support stehst du unseren Nutzern mit fachkundigen Tipps & Tricks zur Seite und schulst diese bei Bedarf auch persönlich.
- Neben der Projektplanung und Projektrealisation stehen Datenbanken, Webentwicklungen und kundenspezifische Anwenderlösungen auf deinem Lehrplan.

- Die mittlere Reife oder die Fach-/Hochschulreife hast du in der Tasche – natürlich lernst du trotzdem immer gerne dazu.
- Mathematik, Informatik und neue Technologien sind Themen, die dich begeistern.
- Du überzeugst mit deinem logischen Denkvermögen und deinem technischen Verständnis.
- Kontaktfreudig, kommunikativ und serviceorientiert gehst du auf unsere internen Kunden zu und arbeitest engagiert in unseren Teams mit.

Recruitment Process

Your documents will reach us quickly and directly via our online application form; depending on the position, a cover letter may be required. In any case, we are eager to see your CV and references – for us, the best way to make a good first impression.
Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
