What you can expect
- Du positionierst unsere Top Executives strategisch und berätst sie in allen relevanten Kommunikationsfragen.
- Du identifizierst spannende Themen und Geschichten und bereitest sie redaktionell auf, um das übergeordnete Narrativ der Rhenus Gruppe über interne und externe Kanäle zu erzählen.
- Du entwickelst Narrative sowie Kommunikations- und Personal Branding-Strategien, um die Wahrnehmung des C-Levels und ihrer Positionierungsthemen zu stärken.
- Du erstellst Analysen, führst Trendrecherchen durch und bereitest Managementreportings auf.
- Du konzipierst und moderierst (gemeinsam mit anderen) kreative und strategische Workshops.
What you bring
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikationsmanagement.
- Du brennst für strategische Kommunikation, denkst analytisch und hast ein starkes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge.
- Du hast Lust, dich tiefer in Logistik-, Wirtschafts- sowie geopolitische Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Du hast eine starke Textkompetenz und bringst Inhalte präzise auf den Punkt.
- Du kennst die gängigen Kanäle und Kommunikationsformate (intern & extern) und hast Erfahrung im redaktionellen Arbeiten.
- Du trittst selbstsicher auf und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Top-Management.
- Du bringst zudem sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

Recruitment Process

Your documents will reach us quickly and directly via our online application form; depending on the position, a cover letter may be required. In any case, we are eager to see your CV and references – for us, the best way to make a good first impression.
Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
