Job Description

What you can expect

Manage complete warehouse/3PL operations.
Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high service standards.
Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Drive process improvement initiatives through LEAN, Kaizen, and operational excellence practices.
Lead cost optimization initiatives through effective resource planning, space utilization, and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

What you bring

Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in managing end-to-end 3PL FMCG warehouse operations.
Knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and HSEQ compliance.
Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
