Job Description

What you can expect

Human Resources Management:

  • Manage HR operations and oversee employee compensation & benefits program.
  • Ensure HR process is compliance with company policies/guidelines and local legislation as well as updating employee handbook.
  • Manage employee life cycle, facilitate new employee onboarding to offboarding process. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Administer end to end payroll and benefits reimbursement process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Line Manager & employee on HR-related matters, address employee enquiries and provide guidance to them i.e.performance management, employee benefits, HR policies, etc.
  • Manage global mobility process for international employees.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) team in APAC to ensure HR related matters are successfully coordinated to meet business requirements.
  • Prepare HR report/dashboard on key HR metrics and Utilize HR data and analytics to provide HR insights.
  • Conduct annual HR budget planning and monitor HR related expenses are within the planned budget. Prepare and update monthly personnel cost reporting.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation filing.
  • Support office management including office set up/relocation.
  • Ensure HR activities are compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support HR audits process and mitigate risks related to HR activities.
  • Support HR projects/initiatives as assigned.

Total Rewards Management:

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Conduct job evaluation process and provide information support internally/externally.
  • Conduct pay and benefits benchmarking analysis and prepare salary structure as well as salary budget proposal base on internal pay positioning vs market competition, 
  • Design and implement reward and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Support salary review process starting from data consolidation, summary report, and prepare letter for employee communication.
  • Support company performance bonus implementation including communication. Prepare bonus calculation template as well as bonus provision calculation for budget planning as well as calculation with actual performance result for payout to employees.

Employee Experience & Communication:

  • Support employee survey and develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and change management within the HR team and inter-departments.
  • Prepare and implement internal communication and coordinate HR program implementation.

Employee Development:

  • Coordinate employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor and support training records and evaluation process to ensure program effectiveness.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR function with at least 3 years in manager’s role in multinational company.  
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, local immigration processes, and tax regulations with BOI company is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in HR Information System (HRIS) Workday and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance process.
  • Fluent in English and Thai both spoken and written.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
