Job Description
What you can expect
Collect, interpret, and analyze sales and market data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and revenue growth. Provide recommendations based on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Identify areas of improvement within the sales function and support the implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness.
Oversee the execution of key sales initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely delivery, and seamless coordination across departments and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver concise, high-impact sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.
Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis. Monitor variances and recommend corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team on critical projects, contributing insights and ensuring successful execution through cross-functional teamwork.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales data, client contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt sales strategies and mitigate risks.
Develop compelling presentations and strategic proposals, delivering clear and impactful recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Foster strong collaboration across sales, operations, and support teams to optimize sales strategies, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
3–6 years of experience in sales strategy, business analysis, or a similar role supporting senior sales leadership.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful reports and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Understanding of industry dynamics, competitor analysis, and market intelligence within the sales domain (logistics industry experience is an advantage).
High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive business information with confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
