Data Analyst

DASHBOARD AND REPORT DEVELOPMENT

• Design and develop interactive dashboards that provide a visual representation of business performance.
• Create detailed reports to visualize key performance indicators and other critical business metrics.
• Ensure that dashboards and reports are user-friendly, informative, and actionable. 

DATA INTEGRATION AND MANAGEMENT

• Work with IT to integrate data from various sources into a unified reporting platform.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis by collaborating with other stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain data quality standards to uphold the integrity of data used in BI tools. 

BI TOOL IMPLEMENTATION AND OPTIMIZATION

• Implement new BI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Optimize existing BI systems to improve performance and scalability.
• Continuously monitor and improve the BI infrastructure to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
• Development and maintenance of data pipelines to support data integration and transformation.
• Implementation and optimization of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaboration with Data Scientists and Analysts to provide data for advanced analyses and machine learning models.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and MS Fabric. Skills in developing, configuring, and maintaining these tools to support effective data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes is essential. Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and data structures. Experience with programming languages and technologies such as Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Personality: The ideal employee will have a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy. They should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Strong technical communication skills are also necessary for collaborating with IT and data teams.
• Working: The employee should have a proven track record of working as a Data Analyst, BI Developer or in a similar technical role. They must be adept at managing the development lifecycle of BI solutions, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Experience in optimizing BI systems for performance and scalability is also important.
• Experience and know-how: Proven experience in developing and managing data structures and BI tools is required. The employee should have extensive knowledge of data warehousing concepts and be proficient in database management. Experience with integrating data from various sources and ensuring data consistency and integrity is essential.
• Qualifications: Completed university studies (Bachelor / Master) in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.  Advanced degrees or relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, are a plus. A continuous learning mindset with a focus on staying updated with industry trends and new technologies is highly valued.
• Requirements: The employee must have the ability to design and implement robust BI and Data solutions that meet business requirements. A deep understanding of BI infrastructure and the ability to optimize it for enhanced performance and usability is crucial for success in this role.
