What you can expect
- Variety of Opportunities: We develop our clients from various industries along the entire supply chain. There are plenty of opportunities for you as a trainee to experience a wide range of tasks and try out areas such as Business Development in an 18-24 month Solution Selling Trainee Program.
- Flat Hierarchies: Short decision-making paths and individual scopes of action characterize our corporate culture. Perfect conditions to take on responsibility early, realize your own ideas, and drive topics like Solution Design or Cross Selling forward.
- International Trainee Station: Optionally, you can complete one of the stations outside of Germany.
- Continuous Development: Regular development dialogues with your contact person, a mentoring program, and training on soft skills support your personal and professional development.
What you bring
- You have ideally completed your studies in Economics or a comparable field with a Master's degree.
- You have completed initial internships/working student positions in a sales environment and ideally have already gained international experience.
- You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and have fun building and maintaining relationships.
- You are mobile and willing to work at various locations both domestically and internationally.
